Taking on another clinic's aftercare means being thorough about what happened before. Aftercare guidance covers garment use where relevant, movement, hydration, what to avoid and what is a normal part of healing. If something looks medical rather than cosmetic, you are directed to your GP, and post-surgical warning signs such as fever or spreading redness go to your surgeon or NHS 111 without delay.
Many packages include the procedure and nothing else. Swelling, tightness and fibrosis are then left to the client to solve alone.
The first few weeks do the most for the final contour. Clients who begin drainage a month in still improve, but the road is longer.
