These terms govern all services provided by Vintage Aesthetics By Madell, an aesthetics clinic based in Enfield based at 146 Lancaster Rd, Enfield EN2 0JS. By booking a session with us you agree to the terms below.
1. Consultations
Consultations are provided before treatment where appropriate, and a patch test is carried out for any treatment that requires one. A consultation does not oblige you to proceed with treatment.
2. Suitability & medical history
You agree to give full and accurate medical history at consultation. Treatment may be declined or postponed where it would not be safe or suitable for you.
3. Pricing & bookings
Treatment prices are confirmed at consultation before anything goes ahead. Bookings are confirmed once an appointment time is agreed by both parties.
4. Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the treatment fee to cover the time reserved.
5. Results & aftercare
Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Following the aftercare guidance given to you is an important part of your result.
6. Surgical procedures
VASER liposuction is performed by an experienced UK surgeon at an appropriately CQC-registered surgical facility. The surgical provider's own terms and consent process apply to that procedure.
7. Confidentiality
Treatments are carried out in line with the clinic's special treatments licence and local authority registration. Your records and personal circumstances are kept confidential.
8. Liability
Vintage Aesthetics By Madell is not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate medical information provided by the client or from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
8. Payment
Payment terms are agreed in advance in the written quote. Invoices are typically due within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
